Join us for our next club dinner meeting when we will present our annual Special Achievement and Doors to Opportunity Awards. 

This meeting will be held in Room K302 in the Student Center building at Tidewater Community College Virginia Beach Campus.  

To assist us in our meeting planning, registration is requested. Kindly let us know during the registration process if you have any dietary preferences or restrictions.

There will be no regular club meeting held on this date considering the Thanksgiving holiday. 

Please join the General Macarthur Memorial Post Number 392 honor local heroes and your VB Rotary Club to lay wreaths on the veteran's grave at Princess Anne Memorial Cemetery.  This will be the first year that Virginia Beach has a cemetery registered with Wreaths across America.

NEW YEAR'S PARTY-2025

Let's celebrate the new year with a party during our first regular meeting of the 2025!

LOCATION:  The Casual Pint, Landstown Shopping Center, 3380 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach.  

TIME:  6:00-9:00PM

Heavy hors-d'oeuvres will be served as well as non-alcoholic drinks.  Members can order alcoholic drinks and will pay for them separately.

Please register as soon as possible.  I need to give an attendance number to the restaurant by next Tuesday.

Virginia Aquarium Clean-Up Day

Join us for a two hours as we get outside to help clean the waters.Dress warmly.Wear appropriate shoes in case your feet get a little wet.

Be part of the excitement at the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast’s Cookie Count-n-Go on February 22, 2025! Help us distribute an incredible 65,000 cases of cookies—over 780,000 boxes—to more than 350 troops at three bustling delivery locations. Join us for this one-of-a-kind event and make a big impact in your community!

Event is rain, snow or shine! Dress warmly!

FYI:

Volunteers will be loading and counting cases of cookies into volunteer vehicles and must be:
• 15 years old or older (minors must have their caregiver’s permission).
• Prepared to work the entire shift selected.
• Able to lift at least 30lbs.
• Able to be on their feet for at least 3 hours.
Additional Information:
• We’ll provide water and snacks, but we recommend bringing your own water bottle as well.
• Volunteers will receive a box of Girl Scout cookies when checking out.

Come Welcome our New Intereract Club from Ocean Lakes!

Our Member Brian Renne, Arborist with Bartlett Tree Service, will speak to us about how to prepare our shrubs and trees for spring and answer all the questions you may have.  Please come out and bring all your questions.

We will meet at Tidewater Community College at 6:15 for social time; dinner at 6:30 followed by the meeting.

Spend a beautiful morning along the Elizabeth River helping the Elizabeth River Trail Foundation plant a native meadow to combat invasive vines.

If you have never experienced the ERT [Elizabeth River Trail] you'll love volunteering for this scenic event! We will do lunch together after the project if anyone is interested.
