I found more trash for us to pick up! Spend some time outside with other Rotary members and guests while we pick up trash in the First Landing State Park Campground. Trash buckets, grabbers, and gloves will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to save and bring "used" plastic bags from home for trash collection (cereal and bread bags, pet food, etc. Bags you'd be throwing in the trash anyway are perfect for litter collection!). |

We have been invited for a tour of the updated Crisis Intervention Home by new Program Director, James Butts, Jr. As you have likely heard, the center has been closed for several months while they made improvements and updates to the space. The expectation is that the tour will take approximately 30 minutes. I am open to meeting up somewhere afterwards for drinks or dinner if others are interested but it will be separate from the tour and not an official club activity. The location address will be shared prior to the tour with those that register. |
